DESCRIPTION
We successfully executed a large-scale, complete void refurbishment scheme spanning 40 properties and counting. This comprehensive project involved a overhaul and renewal of vacant spaces, transforming them into desirable and habitable environments. Every aspect of the properties was carefully assessed and upgraded to meet our high standards of quality. As part of this extensive refurbishment, we carried out all internal renovations and also upgraded all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure they are fully compliant with current standards and regulations. This substantial investment in the properties ensures they are well-equipped and ready for occupancy.
